All roads lead to Rome? Apparently not all, because on your way to St. Peter-Ording they lead you mostly to Hamburg, first. So we also start with the description in Hamburg.
From Hamburg Hauptbahnhof (Hamburg Main Station) you take the train RE70 towards Kiel Hbf (Kiel Main Station) to Elmshorn station (2 stops). There you take the train RE6 towards Westerland (Sylt) and get off at Husum station (5 stops). Here you take the train RB64 towards Bad St. Peter-Ording.
“This train terminates here. Please, all change here!”, then you go once around the station and across the tracks directly into “Kehrwieder” (street name). After a short walk (approx. 400 metres) you´ll arrive at the street “Im Bad”. Turn left and then immediately left again into “Möwensteg” (street name). After another 60 metres you made it! Welcome to the Bude54!

Even by car, it is best if you first orientate yourself towards Hamburg.
The A7 towards Flensburg is already signposted in front of the Hamburg area. Shortly after you are on the A7, the A23 branches off. You drive on this until it merges into the B5. A short time later at Tönning you take the exit onto the B202. After 25 km you will reach SPO.
Shortly after the entrance to St. Peter-Ording you turn right into the street “Im Bad”. Approx. 500 metres later, you turn left again into “Möwensteg” (street name). After another 60 metres, you did it.
